I am a winner, I am a winner! Thanks for all the suggestions and feedback.
I made an adoboe marinade for the sliced the steak. Then skewered the slices and grilled. The steak satays were terrific. I made mashed taters and cedar planked them (will try this again on the egg), and they were fantastic. Skewered a veriety of veggies and tossed with oil and jamacan firewalker and grilled. Also made hellish relish. The presintation looked great.
