Watching tonights episode " garage gadgets " included Grills ( no egg ) but thay stated Americans use 400 million pounds of charcoal briquets. I'am glad we use natural lump. Miles out.

Never heard of lump, until AFTER I got my Egg. At least I didn't put self start in there.

I think I finally have all of the contaminants out. It has been re-baptized anew with RO, Cowboy... and anointed with bacon drippings!

that particular one touched down then went back up... might have been from the same storm system, but the woman that took it saw it touch, then rise back up. no property damage from the one in this pic (according to CNN the other day)

Closest I've ever been to a tornado is 30 feet. It took out two 45-y-o spruce trees -- lifted them right outta the ground.

Didn't hit the power lines, or the neighbor's house [his trees] not my house, but I thought I was having a heart attack [pressure from the system... strangest feeling ever! Not fun!]

How many people spend years and thousands of dollars on cameras and never get a shot like that. This woman opens the door and gets it with a point and shoot! Amazing!

On second thought, I don't think it was a P&S. With that low amount of light, the shutter speed must have been very slow. I wonder if it was on a tripod?
