<p />My wife brought home some 1/2 price cornish hens last night, so of course, we had to spatchcock 'em. 40 minutes at 350 degrees seemed about right. The one on the right had roasted raspberry chipotle sauce (bought in a bottle from BBQ's Galore) and the one on the left had Montreal Steak Seasoning. They were good, but I don't think real men eat these puny little things. They sure a lot of fiddly bits to deal with. I think I'll stick to chicken.
