Need old style daisy wheel cap

I have a friend that has an older small egg that has the odd size chimney that is larger than the small BGE and smaller than the large. I know what he is looking for because my medium egg has the same size chimney and a med/large dual cap is too loose and the small dual cap is too small.
Does anyone have an old style daisy wheel cap that is about 4 1/2 - 4 3/4 inch inside diameter?
