3X country ribs start to finish

Probably one of the best I've had yet. Each country rib was close or over #2.
The start 3 on top and 2 down.
foiled after 1:15 per side internal temp 160
After 1 hour foiled with apple juice interna 165 but very tender Strange part was internal only went up 5
finishing sauce
for 5 min a side
And these are great
definately a keeper.

Thanks CWM & DG these were even better than they looked. Thought they would go to 180 in the foil but were falling apart when turning with the sauce.
