Anyone have a marinade recipe I can make up for salmon tonight? Guess I could go to the store, but need some soaking time.

Thanks for any suggestions or concoctions.

Soy Sauce, Garlic, Lime Juice, Ginger... never fails!

mix portions to taste! the more ginger, the more asian flavor.. the more lime juice, the more "fajita" flavor..!

That Soy Vay Teriyaki is the 'BOMB'. The product's HQ is in my old stomping grounds of the Santa Cruz Mountains in California. I've tried all kinds of sauces and marinades, and they have never let me down.

It's great stuff. I usually keep several bottles of the Island Teriyaki around. Also, I only recently discovered their Very Very Teriyaki. Both are great.

Looks exactly like what I need. Thanks very much. I'll probably lean toward fajita. I made up some of LargeMarge's Basil Cream Sauce to put on it after it's cooked. Can't wait to try them both.

equal parts soy sauce and maple syrup. soak for 2-4 hours, then coat in fresh cracked black pepper and grill away... It's sort of a canadian teriyaki!

I made salmon the other night sprinkled with Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin then topped with Dijon & brown sugar. It was really, really good!

I used to stock up on it at the Ben Lomond Market every week. Man, do I miss those hills, but not the fires! They were broadcasting from the SLV High School this morning!
