What do you have between the thermometers and the egg? Are they spacers of sort and why does the height very from egg to egg?

Thank you...We have not named them.We started with one and now there is four.I really like them but my wife is just a little be scared when there's more than one looking at her.

That one is about 19" tall and two are about 24" tall.

Those are 1/2" copper couplings painted black.The bigger the egg the shorter it can be.They help not to let the tip of the thermometer touch the food.

My parents 50th Wedding Aniversary is in that time frame and I get to cook for 150. Just depends on which weekend they have the party.
Sure would like to though.
