Swordfish

My wife just picked up a Swordfish for tonights dinner.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cook this?
What Temp?
How Long?
Any rub or marinade?[p]Thx

    Dublin,[p]Here's my favorite sword recipe and just one suggestion for you. Marinate the filets in Wishbone "Robusto" Italian salad dressing for about an hour. Then grill at steak temps (550-600*) for about 4-5 minutes per side for each inch of thickness. IMHO, it's best to pull them when the very center is not quite done and cover with foil for a few minutes. The residual heat will complete the cooking.[p]K~G

    ____________________________________________________________[p]Tropical Swordfish [p]4, 8 ounce Swordfish steaks
    1 cup Olive oil
    1/2 cup White wine
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
    2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Cumin
    1 Jalapeno peppers, diced[p]PREPARATION:
    Blend all ingredients together to form the marinade.[p]Place fish in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade and refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes.[p]Grill over high direct heat.
    ____________________________________________________________[p]Southwestern Fish [p]2 pound(s) Fish
    4 teaspoon(s) Cumin powder
    2 teaspoon(s) Salt
    2 teaspoon(s) Black pepper, coarsely ground
    6 tablespoon(s) Sour cream
    6 tablespoon(s) Mayonnaise
    3 tablespoon(s) Lime juice
    1 clove Garlic, crushed
    pinch Salt[p]PREPARATION:
    Season fish with salt and pepper.[p]Coat fish with dusting of cumin. Pat firmly into fish.[p]Brush fish with oil and grill to your doneness.[p]Combine remaining ingredients and whisk together.[p]Let come to room temp before serving.[p]Serve Lime Cream sauce on top of fish.
    ____________________________________________________________[p]Teriyaki Marinade for Fish[p]1/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
    1/4 cup Sweet sherry
    1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon Brown sugar, light
    1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
    1 teaspoon Garlic, minced[p]PREPARATION:
    Combine all ingredients and whisk together.[p]Marinade fish for 30 minutes.[p]If you want to use the remaining marinade for a mop, be sure to boil.[p]Grill fish over high heat.
