We just got home from the mothership BBQ class. It was a lot of fun and very informative. After watching BobbyQ do his thing to the the Q, it's no wonder that he wins as much as he does. An absolute pro! He's got a great sense of humor as well, and he told it how it is. As always, the mothership crew were steller in their own right. We got to watch the prep and then taste, BBQ chicken thighs, ribs, butt, brisket point and flat. So good!
I've been cooking all my life(so far) and I picked up so many hints and different ways to do things. If you get a chance to attend, you really should!
It was nice to see some familiar forum faces; Rusty Ruster, Smokey, B&C, Poppa Sam, CC Rider, WestCobb Eggy, and so many more. There were alot of new eggers that I hope to see on the forum soon. I'll try to post pics soon.
