Took the little ones swimming, and fired up the LBGE (second time today--we ate some really nice beef sausage earlier for lunch) for some more Filipino barbecue. Nope, not the monkey meat variety, just some pork shoulder that's been cut up and marinated in some "secret sauce" by the boss.

I must say that the adjustable rig is really nice for this, and I have to look into the sliding option which a few have mentioned on this fine forum. Here we go:

Hey Beanie nice looking cook. I think I am going to order the sliders and grid extender to go with my rig also, so that I can have it in time for 4 July. Love the rig cooked some boneless breast tonight on it with some chicken sausage while I finished the yard work.

    Mike,

That food sure looks nice. Not too sure about the secret sauce stuff though.

"Monkey meat" made me laugh at 4:15 in the morning! Also your secret limonade is showing. Looks like your really enjoying your new rig. I am so far behind on the forum since the company set down on internet usage and can only do it from home. That with everything going on. Wife's problems and test that came back good, for the most part though we did get some bad news today, and heading to Little Rock again today as they found more blockage in my dad's heart on a stress test last week and doing the cathader to see where its pluged today. I did do some bassel breast befor work whick I will post when I get a chance. Got to crash as only 4 hrs sleep and got to go.
