Bread Crumbs: Pepperidge Farms Seasoned Stuffing Mix
2 Eggs
Sea Salt Ground Black Pepper
Onions and celery chopped small and sauted in butter salt pepper.
Also I add the liver, heart, and giblets chopped up and sauted with the onions and celery.
Put all in bowl and mix in with that the eggs, and bread crumbs. If still a little dry you can add some dry white wine, or olive oil or just h2o.
