Prevent 1st time pizza dilemma ;(

Anyone who is doing a pizza for the first time on the Bge do a store bought fresh or frozen pizza, perferably thin crust. This will give you the experiance. I'f done all kinds of pizza's on a grill and for the first timer this is the way to go. Remember to pre heat your stone.[p]rays

    Not a bad suggestion. And, when you are ready to make that first pizza, use PLENTY of flour on the pizza peal and in the dough - makes it much easier to move off the peal when you put the pizza on the stone.
