Reading the Washington Post article about Chris this morning got my mouth watering for some veggies. Did zucchini, onion, red bell, pineapple, and mushrooms with some soy sauce, olive oil, and Raging River. -RP

That looks great! For this newbie, how did you do that? Direct/indirect, temp, special needs/equip, you know that kind of thing. I'd love to have a plate like that.

I am thinking some skinless chicken marinated with a Asian theme would be a great addition. Salmon, Snapper, or Grouper would be good too.

On the Egg direct at 350 dome in a wire basket and turned them every 3 or 4 minutes. -RP

The colors look like something off the Dizzy Pig logo!

I had pretty much the same experience. I read the article yesterday morning too. Was planning on doing a pork loin yesterday evening. When I was a the store I saw some pre-packaged skewers of zuchinni, squash, mushrooms, onions and red & greeen peppers. I brushed them with some EVOO, dusted them with Tsunami Spin and put them on indirect at around 350 for the last hour of the pork loin cook. It all turned out great.
