I tell you, man, I'm getting really spoiled with that DigiQ! I did almost the same thing today--chicken parts at 250 (I did mine indirect...) for a couple of hours and they came out just fine! It was nice to be able to do a quicker cook on the weekend instead of laboring over/scheduling a low-and-slow.
BTW, your meal looks great! -
The lakers did'ent play well in Boston maybe they well in Los Angeles.

I love my DigiQII too, the chicken was a little over cooked by 15min. the skin was crispy and it tasted real good. I marinated the chicken for 24hr. in Bernstines Italian Dressing! -
