Raised grid on the XL

I tried the "Unfried Chicken" for the first time on Friday :woohoo: It was so good that wifey asked if I could do it again today.H&ll Yea,I said.Anyway,this was the only thing that I could find to raise the grid.I used 5 of them all around.Worked great!!Well I am cooking for a few more people next weekend,so I made another raised grid for the XL.I hope it works

Nice setup, I hope to see it next weekend. The inside of your dome looks shiny, like it is metallic or something, maybe it is just the photo. I guess I will have to check out the setup with my own eyes next weekend :woohoo: Lookin forward to it.

yeah that is ingenuity at it's finest. Same exact results with not even a dent in your wallet.

Hey thanks Todd.I'm not sure about not denting my wallet though.Those bolts cost me 65 cents That is almost 1/5th of a gallon of gas :pinch:

Ok i can see your point, but a full belly with food like that v. gas prices..
