Lamb Loin Chops

We have a couple of old friends in town staying with us for a few days. We've been going out on the town and having a good time. Tonight was the last night and we decided to stay in. As such a newbie Egger, I wasn't intending to attempt to cook for them quite yet, but they went to our farmers' market and came back with some lovely Lamb Loin Chops and said "thought maybe you could grill these". So I broke out WiseOneRecipes.pdf and followed it pretty close. Marinated them in Olive Oil infused with rosemary, a bunch of minced garlic, a bit of balsamic, mustard, S&P. Cranked the Egg up to about 675, threw on some Cherry chips and seared the chops for a couple of minutes on each side. Shut down the vents almost all the way. WiseOne said it would be about 20 minutes to finish them, but I checked temp after 10 and they were done.
I'm grateful to this board that I still have hair on my arms and eyebrows. Yes, I watched the video about burping, but I don't think I took it as seriously as I did after reading the singeing stories on this forum. I did good burping on my hot Egg. The chops turned out great - rave reviews all around.
