Newbie - Need Help Cooking Ribs

Ok - I just bought the large egg this past week - I had been a dedicated weber water smoker/bullet user but I decided to make the switch. Can someone send me some directions for cooking ribs? Appreciate the help.

inverted plate setter / indirect cooking is the style

3 hours at 250-275
brush on sauce, wrap in foil, add 1/2 cup of apple juice
put foil packages back on for 1 hour
take ribs out, brush on more sauce, wait 15 min, brush on more sauce, serve.

You should be able to do them however you did them in your WSM, about the only difference is the Egg is better at holding temps. -RP
