We had some friends over last week and I served up egged brie as an appetizer to much fan fare. I used a recipe I found on the internet as a rough guide and added a twist by using three different types of jams -- rasberry, peach and red pepper. Essentially, it was a combination of the jam, toasted almond slices, honey along with some thyme and pepper. Thanks to advice I got on the forum, I planked it on maple rather than cedar.
