Seth Howard,[p]Did one just last night. About 3-5 minutes per side (turning). Not sure about internal temps but mine were done after about 20 minutes. I did mine at 400° though.[p]Kelly

Seth,
This is a method I use for Pork Tenderloin that hasn't failed me yet. It's simple and more importantly taste amazing. For tenderloin that is approx. 3/4 lb to 1 lb:[p]1. Dry rub the tenderloin. (See dry rub mix below)
2. Glaze the tenderloin with you favorite glaze or bbq sauce (glaze receipt below)
3. Heat grill to 400 degrees (I let it get hotter but 400 in a minimum)
4. Place tenderloin on grill. Grill one side for 5 minutes with lid closed, turn and cook the other side for 6 minutes, again with lid closed.
6. Remove from heat. Wrap in tin foil. The tin foil is to keep the glaze from burning.
7. Return to bbq for another 7 minutes. If you can, raise the foil wrapped tenderloin so it can complete its cooking with indirect heat. [p]Inside temp should read anywhere for 150-165 degrees, which perfect for pork. [p]Dry rub:
- crushed fennel seed,
- garlic powder,
- black pepper and
- Kosher salt.[p]Orange Pineapple Glaze:
- 3/4 cup concentrated orange juice
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice (I use canned)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar[p]Combine first two ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and reduce to half; then add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and simmer for another minute. [p]I hope you like it.

Seth Howard,
At 350 degrees, it should take 30 to 35 minutes. Remove at 140 internal and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
