These were rubbed with Dizzy Dust and then sauced with Sweet Baby Rays. I made a fire in the back and with dome 400 seared them a little and then moved to the front until 165. They were good would have been better with some hickory.

Served with Broccoli and a cold bean salad. My wife makes the best salads. This had cilantro and other stuff in it. Very good.
