seared at 500* for 2min per side
Roasted for 4min at 400*
Med rare just right, these were good

Once again Ross, those look fantastic. To heck with the resturant, can we make reservations the the Ross Steak House.
How thick were these?
I have been fighting getting a CI grill but every time I see your pictures it gets me thinking.
I also keep thinking about how the storing of more grids.
Do you think the CI grid helps with a more even temp accross the entire cooking surface? If I am not careful with my fire on the shorter, higher temp cooks I can develope some hot spots when cooking. I can rotate the grid or move the food around but I like to leave the dome shut until done (if possible).
