Tonights Steak

I made some pretty good steaks tonight.I seared them at 500* for 90 sec per side.I used Raising The Steaks for the first time :woohoo: This is some good stuff!!!I can't wait to try the rest of the DP products :woohoo:


Here they are resting while the egg cools down to about 350*

Back on the egg for a few minutes

Making me hungy - love the Raising the Steaks and a little EVOO on a good cut of meat.

I've got a lot of the DP spices and you can't go wrong with them. Looks like they had a good day with their demo yesterday and maybe we can get them while picking up milk & eggs in the near future. Nice looking steak Doug.

if you are just starting with the DP then your next fav should be tsunami spin. it is a favorite of mine proabably my second favorite next to RTS.. but i am one of those people who love certian rubs for certian cooks.. and tsunami spin is great as an all pourpose rub but my favorite application is fatties and armadillo eggs:
