I marinated it for a couple of hours. If I remember correctly it was olive oil, garlic, some maple syrup and some spices. Then I wrapped it in bacon to keep it as moist as possible. As a I recall roasted it indirect at 300-350. Its been a while since I did that cook. It was pretty well liked. Most of that land is our neighbors, the view is ours
