Cat's (you're da bomb) ribs - outstanding

Took the week of the 4th off, spent it at our camp on Lake Hartwell, SC with friends and family. Every dinner was on humpty. Beer butt Monday, steaks and salmon Tuesday (best salmon ever, kids liked it much more that the ribeys and T bones), Cats baby backs and JJs spare ribs (for 28 folk) on Wednesday, 5 Boston Butts/pulled pork on the 4th (32 people), steaks again Friday and off to friends for a pig roast on Saturday.[p]The best meal was Cat's baby back ribs. Rub/marinade was a bit of a chore - fresh garlic, etc. but two couples did it together so it was an assembly line - Humpty was full to the brim, smoked those Babies for at least 7 hours around 250, temp held beautifully - why should I ever doubt it. BGE got major Kudos from the gang.[p]Thanks Cat
