I knew what you meant, flat iron pork chop? The flat iron steak comes off the arm of the cow. Can't imagine where they got this idea.

Did a Google and Chicago Meat Authority says they are the only one that has this new pork cut.They say it is a great alternative to a USDA choice beef steak but they won't say where it is cut from.Time to hit the rack.
