Beeeeuuutiful man! Love the Steelhead and yours looks great. How did you cook (temp, time, smoke?, etc.)

It still had the skin on it,so it came off pretty easy.I cooked it at 300* for about two beers :laugh: :silly: Probably about 25 minutes?Never really keep up with time.I just check every 5 min. or so,till flakey.I will do this again though :woohoo:

i had some steelhead recently was very good i have been waiting on publix to get some good looking ones in again but i am usually there when they are expecting some tomorrow :(

Hmmm....I think there might be a way to "initiate" newbies in this post - simply measure cook times in beers. Temp Control = if your beer is warm, you're overcooking!, Etc. :P
