I really like these steam chafing dishes from Sam's Club. They keep your food hot and no clean up. -RP

Dang! I am going to RP's house for dinner! Am I invited??
-
Any Egghead is always welcome at the Price ranch. -RP

LOL, thanks for the invite. Something tells me that spread is LONG gone...
Looks awesome! I guess this is just warming up for the BIG COOK tomorrow. Whatcha got planned for that cook?! -
If you don't mind me asking, how much does that run at Sam's and does it come in the set of six?
Thanks, -
Actually I'm done for the weekend. Think I'm going to tinker with "the" chicken recipe for Fidel and see if I can come up with a better way to serve up the recipe at fests. -RP

These things are really cheap. The wire frames are around $3.50 and the fuel is like $8 for 12 cans. The aluminum pans are cheap as well, and no clean up. They do an awesome job of keeping everything hot for about 6 hours. -RP

Been using them for tailgate many seasons past. You are right on about the no mess clean up. Good post and advise.

Once you get the arm hair singed...you will be more careful. Not a fun experience and I post from having it happen. Be Careful.

Well best of luck to you. -RP

Just goes to show we are all newbies at any given time, I just found these things about a year ago, and you've been using them for years. -RP

Sweet, I will for sure be picking up one those racks. It seems like the perfect option for parties and the like.
Thanks, -
Good friends, Good food, Byrant Denny in the fall. It does not get any better. (For me anyway)
-
I get the pans from Costco, I am cheap but don't mind using them for most anything, as they are very inexpensive.
BTW, I prefer to use mine @ Neyland Stadium but that is another issue

It's all good. Even the rivals on this board are fun to exchange info with. You don't get that anywhere else.

I have seen the pans at Costco but not the racks. I'll be swinging by Sams it looks like....Go Dawgs

We'll be right there & I'll bring my 6 from Sams. Should I fill them with cooks first or use them as doggie bags.
