Butt Plateau, glat thats over!

Almost done with my first Pork Butt on the LBGE. That Plateau is brutal I thought I was going to pull my hair out. Stayed at 181 for wbat I think was 3 hours. No it is thru it and climbing towards the magic # 200. I also havent cracked the lid since I put it on at 9pm last night, so I can't wait to look. I will snap a pic.
