If goop is like a marinade--is it?--should ribs be wiped off before q'ing?
thanks

RICH,[p]I leave it on, though it is good idea to remove them from the goop bag/pan/etc a few minutes prior to placing them on the grill. This gives the excess a chance drain some before going over the fire.[p]Keep em Smokin,

    RICH,
Yes. No, do not wipe it off. I use a rub on whatever I am gooping and than mix another one half of the ammount of rub I have used into the goop. Your ribs should turn out great.
