First Long cook (picnic roast)

As shown in this post, I did my first overnighter, a picnic roast, 16-3/4 hrs, rested 2 hrs, pulled, and served with reg BB! sauce, home made purple cabage/green onion cole slaw, and MESA potato salad.

The guests all LOVED it. Thanks to this forum for all the great input.
