It is nice to be back online after all kinds of computer problems. We ended up rewriting the whol thing.
As an egg update, we did chicken nachos, rendezvous style. I saw a special on them on Rachel Ray's ballpark show. I instantly had a craving for an old taste. There is nothing better than Chicken nachos at Autozone park in Memphis. I scrounged up some rendezvous sauce and rub and went for it. I think I may have found my recipe for eggtoberfest this year.
