MINI and Salmon

We finally fired up the mini tonight. Had a little trouble with some fowl odor.....but we tried to burn it off. Put the salmon on at about 400..direct....Ended up ....perfect.
seasoned with olive oil, DP raging river, white onions and lemon slices
Randy patiently waiting for dinner....yelp, I'm the chef tonight
taking salmon off the Mini
some asparagus with shakin the tree, garlic/parmasean cheese bread.....yummm
Randy has decided that he now likes salmon, again.

but i got to ask...... that is alot of salmon for two people what are you making salmon patties tomorrow with the leftovers... i mean you spent some time here last week and you may get a hankering???.. is that why there is so much salmon? :laugh:happy eggin

I love salmon and yours looks great. I want another egg and can't decide which one to get. I'm leaning toward the small. I think it will go well with the large.

My wife wants salmon once a week. I may use that as an excuse to get a small or mini.

It may sound strange but the reason I wanted to try Salmon on the BGE is because all of the pics on this forum always look soooooooooooooo good..... :ohmy:

Very impressive on the mini (or any size for that matter) My wife spent 500 bucks of her birthday/ Christmass money on our Medium and has never even done a burger on it. Guys at work say she bought her a 500 dollar cook... me! :laugh:

Great job, Kim. I didn't realize that the grid was that "big" on the Mini. You managed to put the meal for both of you on there. Now if I could only get the Mrs. to try something on the eggs...:P

That salmon looks really amazing. The asparagus looks great too. I have found a sweet potatoe to round out that particular combo nicely. The mini looks like so much fun.
