Thread order select link added

We've added a link, under the "forums .. help" links near the top of the "classic" and "threaded" index page, that permits selection of your preferred thread order directly from the index w/out having to edit your profile; and, it permits switching back and forth easily.

Once selected via this link, a cookie is created containing your preference which will override the setting in your profile.

The "active thread first" setting causes threads to appear in the index order by the date of the last reply posted to that thread. The "newest thread first" setting orders them by the date of the thread posting itself. The active thread first setting will cause threads to "bounce" around each time a reply is posted.
