Smoked Pork Chops

2" thick Pork Chops brined for 24 hours in Bell's Expedition Russian Imperial Stout, Black Strap Molasses and lots of Kosher salt. I patted them dry, rubbed with fresh chopped garlic, cracked pepper and Kosher salt. I cooked them on a Cedar plank on my LBGE. They turned out absolutely awesome...
