Smoked Pork Chops

2" thick Pork Chops brined for 24 hours in Bell's Expedition Russian Imperial Stout, Black Strap Molasses and lots of Kosher salt. I patted them dry, rubbed with fresh chopped garlic, cracked pepper and Kosher salt. I cooked them on a Cedar plank on my LBGE. They turned out absolutely awesome...

Nuttin like cuttin in to a 2" thick chop from off the egg...scept maybe a 2" thick strip :woohoo: great lookin cook! never tried planking chops..may have to give that a shot...good job!
