Venison - What to Do!!!

Hi![p]My son is coming to visit and he loves venison. I thought I would smoke it. I have a 7 lb roast. What temperature, external and internal should I use? Any idea how long it would take? I would really like any suggestions that you have for a marinade and/or rub. This will be the second meal from the BGE. I'm excited!!![p]Thanks for your help!
