1st Meal on the BGE

We bought our BGE last night. Tonight was our first meal (had to have something special for the 4th) and thanks to the BGE forum it was a great success. I have been reading the forum for the last week and the entire meal came from recipes and ideas on the forum - JJ Ribs, chicken legs, french bread and Aunt Joan's potatoe salad. Everything was delicious. Thanks for all your helpful tips and recipes. Tomorrow we're going for brisket.
