The family has been invited over to some friends (about 1/2 hour away) for the festivites on the 4th. I am doing 5 racks of baby backs on the large to bring to the party. (Gonna show the owner of a gasser what real Q is :-)
What is the best way for me to transport these bad boys so I don't grow 5 racks full of bugs and give everyone a 4th they won't forget?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?[p]Hope everyone has a great 4th.

    Basselope,
I traveled with some ribs once about the same distance. All I did was take them from the Egg and wrapped them on HD Aluminum foil twice then wrapped them in towels...then into the cooler! when we got there I opened the cooler and the aroma was heavenly! The ribs were still too hot to really get into but they diappeared in nothing flat.
    Good luck
