These are Sat. nites ribs and some fresh morels a neighbor gave me pretty darn good

    Not sure where you're from, but around here it was an outsanding morel season. I managed to get out and find enough to have with some TREXed ribeyes. I just sauteed the morels in butter with a little garlic and served them right on top of the ribeyes. Had a nice full-bodied Cab. to top it off and it was wonderful.
