Chicken Breast Brine Recipe?

Howdy, any of ya'll got a simple brine recipe for 2lbs of boneless skinless breasts?

    Don't waste the time to brine, just drop them in a ziploc with Italian salad dressing for 3-4 hours or overnight after poking a few holes in the meat.

    flavor is your choice. last time i used rosemary, time before some random poultry seasoning.
    brining is nice if they are skinless as they are easy to dry out.

    Thanks for the tips but I was hoping to toss these on w/in the hour. Getting ready to spark the egg now w/ my new MAPP torch which by the way is awesome!

    poke some holes in the breasts and italian salad for the hour on the counter. have had MAPP for 4 years and agree.
