How about a recipe for catfish filets on the bge? and what equipment do I need to flip with and also how to keep it from sticking to grill? Thanks, Ray

    I just did some catfish filets a couple of weeks ago. I marinaded mine in some lemon-butter-garlic marinade, then dusted with Tony Cacheres cajun seasoning. Cooked on a fish/veggie grid direct at 350 for about 4 minutes per side. I just used two spatulas to carefully flip them. And we also threw in some alder chips for smoking.
