rib eyes part 1

busy week not much time to cook and post pics. thursday i was going to get pizza, the younger son suggested store bought salads and he would pick them up. i had a rib eye in the fridge...... did it on the mini started at 600 and closed it down pretty far and a huge hunk of hickory. fliped it a bit and off at 120-125
