Eggfest Central is now collapsable

It is now possible to click on the title of "Eggfest Central" to collapse the Eggfest banners into the title bar and back again. Currently there is a "^" or a "v" depending on whether it's collapsed or not. We'll be changing that to a nicer graphic, but it will do for now.

You may need to do an explicit refresh in order to get the latest javascript; and, FireFox users may need to "Clear Private Data" to force a reload of the new scripts.
