16 p butts in 10 days..... thanks to Didgi II

I started cooking for a Puerto Rician street party 10 days ago . Ipurchased a case of 8 butts and people wanted more pork so I purchased another case and continued cooking. I just put the last 4 butts on to cook alnight. The DidgiII is a wonder ful cooking aide. I wore out 2 of the earlier models. I wouldn't be without a Guru.

    I made 4 separate cooks and put the meat into ice chest until time to serve. The last cook is on right now. It will be finished about 3 pm tomorrow.

    As for pictures.I use a Nikon D300. There is one big problem
    I haven't learned how to resize these large pictures. This will be my next project.
