Large Burger Cook
I have a family party coming up where I'm going to need to cook about 60 burgers. I would really prefer to cook them all on my egg so they would be consistent (rather than bringing in another grill). Any tips on storing burgers between the cook and the eat? How long can they wait? Is it possible? Any help would be appreciated.

I would cook them on site regardless of the grill. -RP

I have in the past smoked burgers which would allow you to have multiple levels. With this method you need to cook to medium well but with all the smoke they are very tasty and different.
Other method is get the egg nice and hot and cook 6 batches of 10 burgers. If you get the grill hot then you can keep the batches to less than 10 minutes (more like 6 - 8) and can crank them out in an hour or less.
