How to cook beef ribs?
Hi,
I do a pretty good job cooking pork ribs, but my father-in-law has some beef ribs. I've never cooked those before.
*Any ideas on a good rub?
*I cook pork ribs for about 3 1/2 hours.....I assume beef ribs would need to be cooked faster since they have less fat?[p]Any thoughts would be appreciated.[p]Thanks, and have a great Sunday![p]tcpool

tcpool,
We cook our beef ribs (these are short ribs that have been left uncut and together like a rack; from our butcher they are about 6-8 inches long and four to a rack; they have plenty of fat)just like pork ribs. Usually use a thermometer in the meat and take them off at 195-200. The meat falls away from the bone like a pork rib. They usually take 4-6 hours. Cook temps are 225-250.
