Pulled Pork Leftovers - What do you do ?

Hi all -[p]What do you do with your pulled pork leftovers? The wife and I are getting tired of just making sandwiches, and I'm sure someone here has some creative ways on what to do. We've made tacos and burritos with the leftovers a couple of times, but wanted to see what other great ideas were out there.[p]What do you do?[p]Cheers![p]- Mike
