Royal Oak "Steak House" Charcoal

I ran across this at the hardware store..... A green bag of Roayl Oak charcoal. It says, "Steak House" on the front and back. I didn't see this in The Whiz's charcoal database. I'll cook with it this weekend and if it's news worthy, I'll make another post.

    Does it say anywhere on the bag where it was actually made?..I saw the 'american tradition' on the front of the bag, but don't trust that is where it is from....

    I really can't tell much difference in brands made in USA but anything foreign and you got problems. I haven't had any luck with overseas lump. Too much ash and lots of crackling and popping. I've done pretty well with japanese cars however!
