thanks for all the advice will use in the future, I went to lowes and bought a weber small despoiable drip pans turned 1 upside down and stacked the other and cooked the chicken turned out great cant wait to try again

Way to go, Minimama! Very creative with the indirect cook on a mini.
Another nice cook is salmon, marinated in the same stuff (Soy Vay Isalnd Teriyaki). 'bout the same temps but a little quicker cook. Let us know.
