Today is mother´s day in México May 10th. so my wife decided she wanted burgers on the egg......so my plans for cooking something else had to be adjusted to hers.......of course!!!!!! So.............fired the egg to 400° F
DisneyMay08006.jpg

Then......once stabilized, added some worcstershire cilantro burgers with an onion hat
5 min/ 5 min/ 3 min

The next ingredients were ready on the side

i just loaded the cooler with a Mad Max Turkey to take to mom in laws tonight i also made dressing to go with the mm gravy..

    Dressing, Thanksgiving Dressing TB

1/2 bag Pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing
1/2 bag Pepperidge farm herb stuffing
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 stick margarine
1lb. pancetta sliced thin and chopped
5 ribs of celery split and chopped
    2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 eggs
1 bunch of sage chiffon (rolled up in a bunch and sliced thinly)

1 Sauté pancetta until crispy. Pull from pan with a slotted spoon to leave pancetta grease in pan. Add stick of margarine and let melt. Add celery and onion to pan and sauté until soft. At last minute add
2 In a large bowl add stuffing bags, pancetta, and onion, sage, and celery mixture. Next add both cans of soup, and both cans of chicken broth. Lastly Whisk eggs together and pour over entire mixture and stir well.
3 Pour mixture into a glass 9 x 13 dish that has been sprayed with Pam
    4 Bake @ 350 for about 30 minute uncovered

TKS. The combination of flavours is great......they complement each other beautifully.....and take practically no time at all to cook.

Wow! I love burgers. I'm new with the BGE and moving slowly to the high temps. Getting a burger looking that good at 400 give me confidence to try a burger. Thanks.
