BBQ Delight smoking pellets vs. Chunks

Looking at these BBQ pellets by BBQ delight that I see advertised along the side here and at my local hardware store.

I also notice alot of people here use them on occassion.


How would you say they compare imparting smoke flavor as compared to wood chunks?

I've used the Jack Daniels and they give a great taste and aroma.

I like them since it is easy to remove the foil packet for the next cook and for the assortment. The down side is they don't last that long and if you are using a placesetter or cast iron grill its a pain to add more. So good for short cooks not so hot for long ones
